I noticed the new substantial holder notice and wondered if there may be another player positioning themselves for a rival bid. I know there would be some hedge funds trying to make the diffential commision but the share price has stood up extremely well considering the out clauses in the takeover bid, the continual extensions of time, the small take up rate and the global uncertainty at the moment.

I would be interested in anyone elses views as to whats transpiring at the moment with this company and thoughts going forward.

I continue to hold as there may be a sting in the tail of this T/O.
