After watching recent events, something has become apparent to me ... a possible huge scam. It goes something like this ..
a spec company is floated, seed capitalists or management hold many shares, large buying starts pushing shares up greatly, these large shareholders sell out, share price falls ... who was doing the buying? someone who had a margin loan with Opes, that person outlays little of their own money, all bought through the loan, ignores margin calls, loses trash stock - who cares! BINGO!! Sellers give Buyer a share.
I suppose there's a huge hole in my theory, what do others think? As you can tell I'm not in the margin-lending game! LOL!
