Yes true,Weld Range is a dud, Sinosteel bought it without doing due diligence by their previous management team who have all been sacked, they would not buy it today, also for the Chinese to pull out of a project is rare which just goes to show how poor the true value is for this resource.
CITIC is totally self inflicted, as you probably know caused a lot of pain for local contractors working on that job.
