Well ive been through every scenario and i cant come up with anything,.Termite hill was a stand alone company that had nominees from ixr and was wound up by the liquidator. The only thing i can possibly think of is the company that was buying it has gone into liquidation themselfs and it reverts back to the liquidator to be sold of again.
