A small rights issue would be great right now in my opinion. Say 1:9 @ 8c would raise $5m
Everyone can participate. Minimal dilution and removes the funding uncertainty.
Folk who want to participate can, its not big biccies, those that dont, Im sure someone will scoop up any shortfall.
Then the market can focus more about the possibilities and production, than when/if/how the company will fund things.
