That quote is from RVR perspective only.
I would suggest that:
1.Liontown was well advanced before the known royalty issue..it had to progress.
2. As you point out the parties are not fighting over royalty. Presumably any negative cost outcome of the legal action will be related to asset value of Thaglanga
