Very limited info I can share here:
ASX started an investigation of the new board members's backgrounds because some of them are very questionable. Apparently ASX wasn't happy about their first response. However, when they provided more infomation, the situation became more complicated. No proper director search was done by the company. Someone who was appointed even has questionable relationship with the chairman.
I can't share much more here. In summary, don't think the positive way. It's a complete mess at the moment.
