Yes! Understand!
There is no doubt the chairman had an agenda that we are not aware of. All we know he tried to place two directors on the board because he is the biggest shareholder.
However, we just want to work a strategy for going forward. Hopefully if we account for all the possibilities, we can prepare ourselves a bit better for the future moves.
