    There are so many assumption on top of my head:

    - Maybe, investors also see the $2 cash will created significant debts to TTY, and thus sold down....
    - Or this might be all of a fluke, trying to push TFE price down to accumulate more.....

    Got in at $1.05 today.... DYOR
