Wisdom, why do you think that it would scare people to suggest that there could be a share placement between 15 and 20 cents. I can't see any reason. In fact I would see it as a huge plus.
At this stage in the cycle, financial security is what is of utmost importance to PRR and not where the price is at.
Don't be scared wisdom focus on the pluses. Look at what PRR has given you so far and what its likely to give you in the next 12-18 months.
