Springtree have sold down their holdings over their contract period with Prima. This is known because they would have had to declare the fact that they were substantial holders ..... In their case over 5% I think. But don't worry about them - with every monthly allocation they receive a number of options.... They now hold several million options exercisable at various amounts between 2c to 20c.

I have read all the other posts today and most were rubbish and appear to be unsubstantiated venting. Day traders are getting nervous because of the pull back and can't afford to see their shares drop 10% or so...... The up coming NASDAQ listing won't see a sell off.... Why would it? It is a buying opportunity for the rest of the
