There will obviously be a placement of some kind for funding - the price is the issue.
Why it would be under 20 cents seems the contentious part.
ST was happy to pay 20 cents. PRR anticipates to list at 30-1 ratio on Nasdaq and to raise at under the listing price might seem an odd way to proceed. Anyway, it will be whatever it is.
The Nasdaq listing seems as certain as you can be - in advance, but PRR's anticipation of the time elapsing to listing was incorrect.
I would caution that treating the end of January as some sort of arbitrary deadline seems self-defeating. That is, Oh my God, why haven't they listed yet?
Still, it might be prudent for PRR to provide an update of the current status of the application to prevent a Chicken Little effect taking hold.
