Beats me why they don't employ this treatment....leaving the oil spill on the Barrier Reef recently without immediate action was mystifying.
Probably 20 years ago,i saw footage of an experiment using chicken feathers to do the same, and worked just like we've seen here.
The mind continues to boggle.
