i think the idea of 'oversold' is rubbish (with respect) in this environment

europe is heading towards a liquidity crisis like we saw strangle the US back in 2008/09, so the tide is going out taking everything down with it, as many go to cash - we are simply going to new lows and valuations are being redone on everything - previous prices were just a short term reflection of a false hope and spirit that everything had returned to a new normal... well europe's woes have killed that idea off, as their banks and governments open their books to show unsustainable debt levels, and no printing presses big enough to inflate our way out of this genuinely

a few more days and the US Fed will need to take co-ordinated action with other central banks, or we're all stuffed -- expect the latter imo

with PRR really being so far away from large scale commercialisation, many an institution will be happy to dump this baby and run while the tide continues to go out -- this europe thing will be hanging around everyone's necks for probably another 12 months or so, so plenty of time to buy back in later

the trend is the trend - that some say there is hope and what they perceive as low volumes doesn't save the day - fact is selling down is happening, and at some point expect bigger dumps if this market news and sentiment continues

if you know how to trade this under water market, good luck to you - for the rest of the 'happy to hold' crowd, we all know selling since the fall from the recent 28 cents would have meant you could be buying back in well now, and increasing your holdings -- as for those who say they are in cash enough to average down, well good for you for having cash, though I suspect a few just say that, while not really being in a position to buy at all


anyway, enough of this dismal post - the 2008 market made me sick, and I hope it doesn't do it again
