My 2 cents,although a merger is the obvious decision for the accc even before tpg said they would stop their mobile ambitions i believe the market could take it as a negative for tls because they feel the new merged entity could b a threat to tls.
As posted imo a merged tpg/vodafone would b good for tls for reasons previously listed.
