    Snippet from Chairmans address at AGM which suggests a greater than 25% vote against is possible if US institutions follow ISS recomendations.

    As we know all of the remuneration was based on ASX300 (which we are no longer), so will they take pay cuts? Maybe ISS rate the company differently if they do?

    I suspect though that if ISS are used again they would be even less likely to find any reason to suggest voting in favor.

    Of course if there was a spill and re-election was required, is there anyone likely to challenge for a seat on the board?
