    I have heaps of patience and I'm aware of the great achievements in sales we seem to be getting. But if we don't keep a finger on our expenditure and receive an equal or preferably better outcome from the amount of remuneration we're spending on any individual then IMO it's not good. What's the difference to paying a salesman 200k a year but he only sells 50k worth of products? It's simply not economically viable regardless of whether we can afford it or not.
