Well at the very least are we all in support of lower remuneration for the Chairman ?
Personally I would be happy if he was on $250k and Brookins and Van Hyning both got a 50% salary increase each give Aaron Krech 25% more with the proviso he makes updates on financing more consistent with KPIs used so we could understand sales growth easier , and some kudos has to go to the head of sales Scott Hunter for closing deals so in a perfect world would like to see him getting a bonus based on closings going forward
But it is not up to me so like herding cats .
