Agreed , personally feel if one wants to get rid of board members calling an EGM will be more successful rather than an AGM vote .
Bit more work calling an EGM with getting everyone on side , but probability of the outcome in share holders favor is already pre-decided .
For an investor the ASX is frustrating compared with privately holding property and land , if I do not want a contractor to work for me on the land again , all I do is find someone else, compare that with trying to get rid of people on company boards supposedly representing shareholder interests and the table is tipped in their favor .
