    There are, in life, worker bees and leaders. Just saying.

    Get rid of Dirk, you may well get rid of Dr Bob too.
    Then you really would need 3 x Dr Bobs.

    Same goes for Nick, he's obviously the guy who brought this all together and got it this far. The employees may well be not wanting to lose their leader(s).
