Apologies, language probably a bit over the top. Surely further rem has to be proposed and voted on at the AGM - perhaps those of us concerned (and these threads make it clear that many of us are) should also contact the company to highlight it - hopefully they're aware of the disquiet and will come up with more proportionate proposals if not these discussions should at least prompt us retailers to examine the facts and be prepared to properly evaluate agenda items and vote in an informed/considered fashion?
