There is no action you can take. Salaries are determined and shareholders have opportunity at the AGM to strike against it. 25% need to vote against the remuneration package to instigate a special vote. Then 50% have to agree to a spill which then instigates a director re-vote. On the rare occasion it does spill, most of the time the same directors are revoted in. It just isn't going to happen. And if it does, all it will do is become a short-term unneeded distraction for the business.
