Hi Rob1000,
I heartily agree with you. Get the SPl project finished, prove that it works and that it is more than economically superior to present methods, build the commercial plant, and then Intec can scour the world for users.
China MAY come on board before all of the above transpires but that is being hopeful.
I am at a bit of a loss to understand your P.S.
