Anthony Podesta, who has just resigned as a Director of MMS holds about 6.6mio shares.
The following statement was contained in the ASX announcement and I wonder whether he intends to offload a chunk of MMS to fund his objectives?
"Anthony plans to pursue other business opportunities, including the funding of new and emerging
entrepreneurial Australian businesses. He and his wife Kerrie will also more actively pursue their
philanthropic endeavours. They plan to give substantial monetary assistance to select community programs
based on innovation, accountability and meaningful outcomes."
