There are a number of possibilities for OZL:
1) If they have over 50% by next week, then they can control the future direction of AVB
2) If < 50.1%, OZL can just close the deal with0ut putting forward a higher offer. I am sure, they can wait for a couple of months and try again - offering a higher price. This will mean they have not broken their word of not providing a higher price of the current offer
3) they can cancel the offer and refund the $ to the people that have accepted the original deal
Regardless of how you look into this, AVB is an attractive company and the future looks bright.
