Yes... so gc makes offer at 25c with gs pre acceptance gets greenstone stake and a 25% blocking position against delisting.
Or that forces oz to match their offer and they both take the 25c from oz.
Wishful thinking maybe but would be good for folks like us.
Maybe gc would be happy letting it go as is and then having a tilt at ozl once the dust has settled a bit.
Another thing to consider is that 2 funds just signalled that they have over 5%. Greenstone could snaffel that 10% and have a blocking position on their own....
I am hoping for something along those lines to make my parcel worth more than the current offer.
My thinking is that if glencore was going to make an offer they would have waited until this point so as to have appian br and directors shares sitting with ozl.
Only one entity to deal with.
Appian would be entitled to 50% of upside....
