Yes, you appear to be correct. I think if OZL are at 80% plus 150 might be a tall order though. I have no experience with this clause. I wonder if it is as simple as it sounds? and then they do the cap raising and they are past 90% anyway.
I think that if the 2 G's roll in it's all over.
Time is still there though and people interested in holding on till the end play have that choice and opportunity.
