They both appear to have largely reported an interest in the same shares. Sandgrove only have CFD's, not shares. DB implicitly hold these shares. Take a look at each of the Sandgrove transactions, and then look at the DB list of transactions. DB acted as the CFD provider in each and every case.

And on another matter, Sceptic is correct, there can't be a delisting unless there are less than 150 remaining shareholders, holding small change.

And on yet another matter, I signalled at the time of the last extension, that OZL would really have to go unconditional last Thursday, without 50.1%, as they would be exposed to withdrawals of acceptances.

This is part and parcel of the complex process of a T/O, all pre-planned with a Plan A and B, if not C at every important date along the timeline
