In my view based on yesterdays and todays trajectory I think this is a pivotal moment for Rimfire. Based on everything we’ve seen, there’s a real chance of a favorable outcome, and that’s why I believe we could see the share price push well past **15 cents**, potentially hitting **20 cents** after the 16th.
Let’s not forget the **strong fundamentals** already in place. *Rimfire’s drilling results** from **Murga North** and **Melrose** are incredibly promising. We’re talking **21 million tonnes of scandium-bearing material** at Murga, with even more likely to come when the **next resource upgrade** is announced soon.
And with the global demand for scandium set to skyrocket thanks to its use in high-tech industries (aerospace, electric vehicles, green energy), Rimfire is positioned perfectly. *Rio Tinto** and other big players are already investing heavily in scandium, and Rimfire is one of the few companies with a serious foothold in this critical minerals space. Now, why is the legal case so important?
Because a win would clear the last major uncertainty holding the stock back. Once the injunction is settled in Rimfire’s favor, they’ll be potentially able to move forward without obstacles, and this confidence is what could propel the share price upwards.
The market hates uncertainty, and this legal outcome will give investors the green light to jump in, knowing Rimfire’s **scandium projects** are secure. The timing couldn’t be better – the resource upgrade is coming, and if we see a favorable decision, we could easily see a rush of buying pressure that drives the price well above **15 cents**, possibly toward **20 cents**.
This isn’t just speculative hype; the fundamentals are solid, the scandium market is growing, and the legal outcome could be the last piece of the puzzle. For those watching closely, it’s worth tuning in to the **Supreme Court live hearing** on Wednesday.
If the decision goes in Rimfire’s favor, we could see an immediate and substantial rally. This is one of those rare moments where the pieces are all aligning – strong drilling results, a favorable legal setup, and a rapidly growing market however it’s still important to DYOR
