I'm certain that WGO will be "first cab off the rank" before they contract their share of the gas out (so long as it first flows satisfactorily of course).
If STX ann a successful outcome with their Jaws/SCB project sometime soon and get their MC a lot higher it may be them that will Strike first.!
I like the $1.30 number mentioned on here before.
