Well I suppose there is some chance one of the majors could make a bid. As well as BP, they also have ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Shell on Jurong Island.
The truth is, NFL is tiny in comparison to the oil majors who are processing over a million BBL of Crude per day in Singapore, so I would only expect something like that to happen if more major governments start legislating regarding Biodiesel.
If that was the case, NFL would look like a very good place to start because they would have Biodiesel plants ready to go and room to build more
