let me see if i got this right, so NKP pay 20 mil to us, balance to be paid in feb next year 40mil, so anytime between now & feb 2010 NKP could make a takeover bid get there 20 mil back & pay themselves 40mil in feb ?

now 60mil = 40+ cents a share cash value & the shares are going through at 22cents because people are disgruntled about management, so presumeably a bid @ say 30cents a share would be rushed ?
