I have studied both companies in depth and it's certainly a high possibility. I would actually rather they don't, however I feel they will make an offer before it's too late. BPS has no debt, a market cap of 55m and have said numerous times they have a strong focus on growth by acquisitions in 2016.
I also doubt BPS would be the only company watching us closely.
