Poison pill to anyone that takes this over, except a very sizeable one where 7 Billion is peanuts and one that fires the current talent less dear in the headlight employees and "synergize" it in... Blackrock, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs...
In the end it is your money your putting in so go for your life... time will tell though. Good luck.
