Jeff has always said POE is likely to be sold or taken over for the right price. A CVN T/O could only be hostile and with 680m+ shares we will see who long before it could ever become a reality. Smart investors are just seeing a very undervalued share and an oil price/economy that is showing signs that bottom has been found.
