I just had a thought.
I remember once reading that if you have 30% of a company you pretty much have control of it.
If Niger has 17.5% of KAH then it isn't impossible to believe they will increase that percentage. Whoever controls KAH pretty much controls EXT.
The more I think about this the more I think RIO needs to have a wake-up call before it's too late.
