I don't know how much of KAH he owns, it's more that he is CEO of both companies that makes him influential.

As CEO of KAH he is a decision maker over what that company does or doesn't do with their 36% holding of EXT.

KAH shareholders would have a big say in what is done with KAH shares but the assets KAH holds elsewhere (and what is done with them) is an operational decision which KAH shareholders would trust their management to handle in their best interests.

This is why I think Stalker and crew are very clever in using their money in this way and why I think RIO needs to have alarm bells ringing.

Guys BTW, it was Don Vito who dug all this information up. He doesn't post often but when he does it is always GOLD. He needs to be congratulated for his dilligence, I'm just excited over what he has dug up and enjoy discussing it.
