    I have been a passive shareholder for some time and have stopped following this stock. I didnot participate in the buyback as I have the holding in a non tax effective entity to get the benefits from the buyback price.
    Can anyone give me a brief synopsis as to the status of the Company and why this has not been mopped up by the 85% shareholder who no doubt wants to control the very lucrative cashflow and the cash that is sitting in the bank.
    Does anyone have any ideas on valuation if a bid did occur?
