possible takeover target?

Just curious to read about the Transurban takeover proposition from the Canadian pension funds and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on possible offers for CEU?

We have seen the long term investors get interested after Warren Buffets long term punt on railways and the US economy, now we see some action in Australia. Here's hoping CEU is on the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board's radars, especially with one rejected bid for TCL.
