I wouldn't think ASH is any more of a takeover target than any other listed company. Ross Shrimpton is very unlikely to sell at prices anywhere near these anyway. Flip side of that is it would make a lot of sense for Ross to bid for the rest of it while its still cheap, but who knows.
I think the next major catalyst is acquisitions. It can be 30c on any good deal.
