OSH have been very smart and structured so they have their commitments covered so at this point there is no crunch fro a aggressor to take advantage of. They had their chance at the last raising that was at a stupid discount and it seems the partners generally all took their share. . All that said it could happen tomorrow in this environment with little resistance - weird times with so much uncertainty on oil, gas pricing and realistic projectons of just what projects by others will be funded and are economic at price X

With trading on 2 exchanges it is hard to tell if positions are being taken

tip us off early if you see something that lights up as a offer on way please . I'd rather them stick to their knitting and with specialised requirements working in Alaska and PNG it is limited but you are right that the break up value is worth far more than the whole ATM IMO. but so is half market only advantage OSH has is that is has taken its painfull pill early and others are still dancing around the hard decisions.

Woodside were happy to bid the equivelant of $8-$9 only a few years ago.

Nothing has changed at OSH since that bid except now we have a very valuable Alaskan oil asset and we have had some good exploration/appraisal results such as Muruk in PNG
