I can accept dyslexic spelling, also spelling errors, but I find not even trying disrespectful of readers.
Also doesn't excuse shouting.
As for the self made millionaires, well if they are dyslexic they are unlikely to have been given the million dollar job - I am sure there is many a study to back that.
