I think you are on the money - as the speed at which XPED is working on new products with Telink, Intel, Microsoft and others and products ready for launch from September (and growing) just never ceases to amaze me. I have always said I don't expect at this pace XPED to exist in 6 months as would be acquired as lot of M&A activity in this space given growth forecasts for Internet of Things and XPED right in the middle as key part of the IOT architecture.

Makes a lot of sense - as if you can acquire 5% of shares before a notice at rocket bottom prices as accumulating 80m shares (which is 5%) at average of 5 cents (by the push down) then accumulating at average of 10 cents makes the overall acquisition cost a little less and saves some millions of dollars.

As timing was perfect and the perpetrator clearly knew imo what was going to be in that update on Friday as if had not acted before that the pushdown to 2.8 cents could never have happened. Indeed doubt they would have been hard pressed to keep it below 8 cents with that update.

Large volumes on Friday still very suss as lots of capping and selling between same parties to capture shares imo.

This is ridiculous to be back at these levels given how much advancements made with Telink, Intel, Microsoft, JCT etc and now with this update told:
- working with Telink engineers they have successfully ported the RNP firmware used in ARDC hubs (hence closer than ever to having Telink chips ARDC ready and ready to go to market with).
- Telink and XPED have now agreed to explore the addition of Telinks patented BLE Mesh technology as a new transport layer for ARDC thus allowing Bluetooth devices to be controlled from the one Devise Browser app ( this opens up another huge market for XPED)
- development of Xerts running on Amazon web services (digital coupons) where ready for demonstration Xerts as working system in September and engaging parties who can utilise the technology. Digital coupons is one of the fastest growing areas in IOT space.
- on track to release v1.0 of devise browser app to Apple and Google play stores in September where they are already working on further technology developments in ARDC roadmap.
- on track to present the cloud base ARDC product registration system at Microsoft Partner Conference on 20 September (note how the public launch is scheduled for same date). Most importantly the system uses the Microsoft Azure platform which is the worlds largest public cloud computing platform.
- Following demonstration of ARDC demonstration kits to Intel they have now got the gold ticket to demonstrate the solution to Intel's OEM/ODM accounts. As they are the ones which decide which product components they want, not Intel so this is best part for me.
- And lastly a further update on JCT activities will be shortly provided.....

So all this for around 4 cents - last time we were at 4 cents we had none of the above. All of the above just reeks of a predator getting ready to swoop. I hence think your conjecture is pretty reasonable.
