    The newspapers are saying that Noble may sell their holding for 15% premium on the $7.00 that they recently paid.
    Mention of a possible cash and scrip offer with Noble preferring cash.
    I wonder where that leaves the minority holders. I've been waiting for that dividend payment that was delayed due to the so-called "strategic review"
