    re: possible takeover? (ann) I think PRy are serious Ed Bateman CEO of Primary is a smart cookie. I'd suggest he is simply trying to get it on the cheap and will increase the offer from here if he needs to.

    Speculation in the AFR that IPN were about to announce a rights issue to clear the $14 mill in debt prior to the takeover announcement. It would be suicide to do it now and play straight into PRY's hands..
