Put yourselves in the shoes of One Steel management - they have seen BSL's underperormance and some of you think that they would entertain taking on a dog like BSL and loading up their own company with it?
If you believe this, you do not give OST managers any credit.
Wait until BSL is really on the ropes at around 50c a share and see who knocks on their door then. If someone does, they could offer 60c-65c a share and the premium would look good compared to a 50c share price. Why offer BSL a premium above the current $1.15 +/- when the company is in such a bad way?
