    Just saw it thanks Corps (I make it page 80).

    Still can't work out why management who (if I'm not mistaken) own a large percentage of our company, would pursue this line of fund raising.
    Its not like they'd deliberately line up a profit sapping deal when they have they're own interests at heart too.

    Something just doesn't seem right to me.
