possible takeover

This article appeared on my screen today. It may be of interest to holders and makes a reasonable amount of sense to me. l'm a holder of Heartware and recently the ceo was asked at one of their many conference presentations if Heartware would need to raise further capital in the near term. He responded in the negative and hey presto they have just raised $150mill a matter of a month or so after that statement. Have a read. l do not hold SHC.
