with thanks to Yellowcake, Don Coxe a while back suggested that investors should think about what they want to own after all this mess is done.
The dilution after Cornell and GT get their bit will go a fair bit higher, but the Jungle will still be there so pick a value?.. and a smattering of NSW stuff - lots of windblown flat plains out there covering what might be other NCM goodies. gotta be lucky though but they're in the right place.
