Yep this is their loan receivables balance of cost of funds - if they are charging 2% for pay anywhere doesnt bode well (-2.3% plus also the impairment risk) altho the $6 monhtly fee will cover this somewhat and incentivise for early repayment. Hopefully in longer term can renegotiate a basis cut to cost of funds as it mentions in article.
